Your Autumn Glow Up Guide

Tags

This is my go-to autumn glam right now: bronzy softness, subtle smoke, brown lashes and a little berry pop on the lips. It’s giving “effortless cool” for daytime and “secretly extra” for the evening (and you only need the products below to recreate it). No endless scrolling required, you’ve found your secret weapon for autumn 2025!

Brows: Soft & Structured

Products:

Brush your brows up and out with a spoolie to follow their natural shape. Lightly sketch in hairstrokes where needed, then set with clear gel for a structured but natural vibe that will be big throughout the autumn.

💡Top tip: Work in upward motions; it makes the brow look fresher and more youthful.

Eyes: Bronzy, Soft Smoky with Brown Lashes

Products:

For our eyes, we’re looking for a bronzey, soft, smokey eye with a small wing & brown lashes - youthful, but subtle and perfect for the season.

First you’ll need to prime your lids with concealer for max pigment and staying power, then sweep the mid-brown shadow over the lid and blend out towards temples for lift.

Use a lighter, nude/brown toward the brow to soften edges. Tightline and flick a tiny wing with brown liner to emphasise, without exaggerating. Tap the bronze metallic cream shadow on the inner half of your lids for a glimmer hit, then finish with brown mascara and brown falsies (still delivering needed glam, but gentler than black lashes).

💡Top tip: Keep the wing small and soft; it elongates without overpowering the bronzy tones.

Base: Warm & Glowy

Products:

Apply your foundation (skipping under-eyes to avoid heaviness), then warm the perimeter with liquid bronzer on forehead, cheeks, tip of nose (think sun-kissed, not chiselled).

Brighten your under-eyes, forehead centre and chin with concealer - setting bright areas with banana powder. You can also set the bronzer with powder bronzer to lock in that warmth, then add a shimmery, warm blush or highlighter hybrid to cheeks for a glowing flush.

💡Top tip: Layer cream then powder bronzer, it doubles the staying power without looking cakey.

Lips: Brown-to-Berry Ombre

Products:

Outline your lips with a dark brown liner, then soften with a lighter brown or nude liner before tapping in a red or berry lipstick into the centre for a wearable ombré pop.

💡Top tip: Tap lipstick on for a blurred, softer look; swipe for full drama. Blend back over with liner for seamless ombré.

Final thoughts

I love how the brown mascara and lashes give this look impact without harshness. It’s glam but totally day-to-night. Browns and neutrals in autumn just... work, they flatter everyone and are so easy to pull off.

As a self-confessed blush addict, even I’m obsessed with how warm the bronzy cheeks look here. This look delivers that rare “looks complicated, but feels effortless” vibe, and I just know I’m going to be seeing this look in high demand this year.
