Delivery

We pack and dispatch all orders very quickly!

Royal Mail orders are dispatched the same day when placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Friday are dispatched first thing on the next working day. 

DPD orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, orders placed after 4pm are dispatched first thing on the next working day. If you require Saturday delivery, please choose the DPD Saturday Delivery option when ordering before 4pm on a Friday. DPD delivery is only available in certain post code areas in the UK.

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays - therefore we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays. We dispatch items on working days only.

United Kingdom 

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD Next Day and DPD Next Day Saturday Delivery are all guaranteed next day services.

* United Kingdom: Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery services are not guaranteed next day or time definite services. Items sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked usually arrive in 2-3 working days, and items sent by Royal Mail 24 Tracked will usually arrive in 1-2 business days. However, there are sometimes delays within the Royal Mail network that are out of our control, which can mean that items sent on Royal Mail 24 Tracked or 48 Tracked may take up to 10 working days to arrive. If your item has still not arrived after 10 working days have elapsed since the day of dispatch, please contact us, so we can assist you further. Orders over £20 in value are automatically upgraded to Priority Dispatch, free of charge.

** DPD Next Day and DPD Saturday Delivery services are not available in all postcode areas. If you require a guaranteed next day service and DPD is not available on checkout, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: From 1st January 2021, we offer DDP (delivery duty paid) services to EU customers. This means the price you see on our website is the price you pay. Our customers in EU countries will not have to pay extra import duties or taxes on import. 

For clarification on the new tax arrangements following Brexit, we encourage our EU customers to check with their local customs body or tax authority for further clarification on the charges that may be incurred. This changes on a country to country basis, and will depend on the value of your order.
