Think cool tones, razor-sharp liner, and a brown-lip moment that slays. Here’s your easy to follow step-by-step, using only the products listed below - no overcomplication, just pure 90s!

Brows: Pammy coded

We’re not resurrecting pencil-thin brows (we could never), but we are finessing for a slimmer vibe. Brush your brow hairs flat(ish) and slightly upward with Essence Lash & Brow Gel Mascara to streamline the shape and lift the arch (instant 90s illusion without the need to overpluck).

💡Top tip: Start soft. Blend lightly and build your smoke slowly (especially if cool greys are new to you). Too intense too fast? Switch the smoke to browns for a gentler starter look.

Eyes: Cool, smoky, supermodel energy

We’re talking Kate Moss, Pamela Anderson, Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, cool-toned drama with a crisp-but-smudgy finish.

  1. Curl with the Tweezerman Classic Lash Curler for that lifted, wide-awake canvas.

I really enjoyed tapping into this trend - I usually get compliments when I wear cooler tones, so it was fun to try out a look that thrives with those colours. I’m also a bit obsessed with the brown liner. And that softly matte skin? A total reset from the current glow-everything era, but still stunning, just different. This look is pure 90s nostalgia with a modern twist, and I love it!
