How to Redeem a Gift Card

Redeeming a FalseEyelashes.co.uk gift card couldn't be easier! Gift cards are delivered to you via email. Keep the email safe because it contains your unique gift card code - you will need this code in order to redeem your gift card during the checkout process.

  1. Shop our range of lashes and add the styles you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  2. Once you've finished shopping, click the "Cart" button at the top right of the page, then click the orange button that says "click here to checkout securely".
  3. On the next page, fill out your information including delivery address. Under the "Billing & Payment" section press the text that asks whether you have a gift card to redeem.
  4. Paste or type your gift card code into this field in order to redeem the remaining balance on your gift card.

If you do not spend the full balance on your gift card, you may use it when checking out for future transactions in order to use any remaining credit balance.

If the balance on your gift card does not cover the transaction amount in full, you will be asked to pay the shortfall by credit/debit card or PayPal.

For any questions or comments about our gift cards, please send a message to us via our Contact page and we'll be happy to assist you.
