Still got a question? Here's a selection of our most frequently asked questions pertaining to our subscription service:

1. How often will I receive my lashes?
You can choose from subscriptions that renew every 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. As per your preference, we will charge your card every 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, and your lashes will then be dispatched. Your next shipment will be charged and dispatched 14, 30, 60 or 90 days after you set up your subscription.

2. Can I save money by subscribing?
Every subscription order comes with FREE 1st Class delivery for our customers in the UK. And, on most products, there's a saving available for you to subscribe versus making a one-time purchase. Please note that subscriptions must renew three times before you can cancel or modify your subscription.

3. Can I use a discount code for my subscription?
We do not allow the use of discount codes on any subscriptions, as all subscriptions already come with a discount applied. Discount codes can still be used on one-time purchase products, however.

4. How do I cancel or modify my subscription?
After three renewals have occurred, you can cancel or amend your subscription by logging into your account here at Simply login to your customer account then click on the 'Manage Subscription' button. You can then select the 'Cancel' or 'Edit' options. Alternatively, you can call or email us and we'll be glad to assist you with cancelling or modifying your subscription. Please note that in the event of cancelation, if your order has already been dispatched then you will still be charged, but any future shipments will be cancelled and you will not be charged further. 

5. What if I change my mind?
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you can cancel your subscription and return your purchase to us within 14 days of starting your subscription. Please note that the item(s) must be returned to us completely unopened and unworn. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. We may make deductions from any refund due, if the items returned have been used or are damaged in anyway when we receive them back.

After 14 days have elapsed, your subscription can only be cancelled after the first three renewals have occurred and cleared payment has been taken.

6. Can I skip a subscription?

Sure! You can do this by logging into your account here at, or by emailing or calling us. If you choose to skip your subscription by logging in to our website, look for the 'Delivery Schedule', then select the shipment you'd like to skip.

7. When will you bill me?
We will bill you 14, 30, 60 or 90 days after your original purchase. We will then send your order out within 24 working hours (please note: we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays as our warehouse is closed).

8. How do I update my payment info?
You can update your payment information by logging into your account on our website. If you require assistance at any point, please just get in touch via email or telephone and we'll be glad to help.

9. How do I pay for my subscription?
For subscriptions, we only accept payment by credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using Klarna or PayPal, you must place a one-time order on our website instead. We do not accept payment by Klarna or PayPal for subscription orders.

10. Returns, exchanges, how do they work?
Your statutory rights are not affected, however please note that we're generally unable to offer exchanges on subscription products.

11. Why did you cancel my subscription?
Generally we don't cancel subscriptions, however we reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time. That said, typically the only reason your subscription will be cancelled from our end, is if a product is discontinued. Every now and then brands like to shake up their ranges, and certain styles are removed from their line-ups. If this happens, we'll be in touch to let you know.
