Royal Mail Strikes 2022

Royal Mail strikes have been announced, including on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th September 2022. You can read more about the industrial action on the Royal Mail website, here.

We want to make dispatch and delivery times clear, as these strikes will impact the service that you receive when ordering here at FalseEyelashes.co.uk

PLEASE NOTE:  We do offer a DPD delivery service to most UK mainland addresses. Therefore, if you need your order in a hurry, then please select the DPD Next Day or DPD Saturday Delivery option on checkout. Orders fulfilled by DPD will be unaffected by the Royal Mail strike.

Orders placed after 5pm on Wednesday 7th September 2022:

No Royal Mail items will be dispatched on Thursday 8th or Friday 9th September 2022, however we will still pick and pack orders as usual. Items picked and packed on those days will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday 12th September 2022 (which is the first working day following the two strike days). Items picked up by Royal Mail on Monday 12th September 2022, will likely be delivered on Tuesday 13th September 2022 onwards.

Royal Mail will be running much reduced delivery services around the country on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th September 2022. 

Royal Mail alternatives

We do offer a DPD delivery service to most UK mainland addresses. Therefore, if you need your order in a hurry, then please select the DPD Next Day or DPD Saturday Delivery option on checkout. Orders fulfilled by DPD will be unaffected by the Royal Mail strike.

Please note that industrial action and strikes called by the CWU are completely outside of our control, and we ask that you bear with us. We will do our very best to communicate clearly and openly at all times, so you know when to expect your orders from us. In the meantime, we strongly recommend selecting the DPD delivery options available on checkout in order to avoid delays with your order(s) arriving.
